We are looking for an experienced

Business Development Manager

to drive growth in the

Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Solar

segment.

Key Responsibilities:Develop new business opportunities in the C&I; Solar market.Generate leads and build solid client relationships.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Business Administration / MBA.15+ years of B2B sales/business development experience.Strong experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, or Power sector.Knowledge of C&I; Solar, Rooftop Solar, Open Access, and Captive Power projects.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel for client meetings.
