Join our growing recruitment team in Noida!Position: US IT RecruiterLocation: Sector 63, NoidaExperience: 3–5 years in US IT RecruitmentKey responsibilities:• Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle.• Source and engage candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS, job portals, databases, referrals, and Boolean searches.• Work on W2, C2C, and full-time IT requirements.• Screen technical candidates based on client requirements.• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers, and candidate communication.• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS.• Build a robust pipeline for Software, Cloud, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity,



and ERP roles.What we’re looking for:• 3–5 years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience.• Strong experience using Dice and LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS.• Good understanding of US staffing, tax terms, and employment types: W2, C2C, and full-time.• Experience with ATS platforms such as Ceipal, Bullhorn, JobDiva, Zoho Recruit, or similar tools.• Strong sourcing, Boolean search, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.• Experience working with direct clients and implementation partners is preferred.• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Interested candidates, please send your updated resume [email protected] line: Application – US IT Recruiter
