We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer & Admin Associate

ECIC is looking for a versatile, proactive person to join our India team.

This is not a traditional graphic design role.

We are looking for someone who enjoys both creative work and getting things done. Someone who is enthusiastic about AI tools, comfortable with technology, and does not mind taking on administrative and operational responsibilities when needed.

What you’ll be doingCreative & AICreate graphics, presentations, marketing materials, documents and other visual contentUse AI tools to improve and accelerate creative and business workflowsExplore new AI tools and find practical ways to use them in our day to day workHelp develop and maintain ECIC’s visual identity and content

Operations & AdministrationTake ownership of recurring administrative and procedural tasksMaintain and organize data, documents, records and internal workflowsSupport our Odoo and other business systemsHelp coordinate tasks across the India teamFollow up on open items and make sure processes are completed on timeAssist with client related operational work, reporting and documentationHelp improve and standardize internal processes





Team CoordinationWork closely with the team and managementCoordinate day to day activities and make sure priorities are moving forwardIdentify things that need attention and take initiative to resolve themGradually take ownership of recurring processes rather than simply waiting for instructions

Who we’re looking for

A graphic designer who is genuinely interested in AI and emerging technologySomeone who is organized and comfortable with administrative workSomeone who enjoys learning new software and systemsComfortable working with spreadsheets, documents and business applicationsA solid communicator who can coordinate with different peopleDetail oriented and good at following processesProactive, resourceful and willing to take ownershipComfortable wearing different hats in a growing companyInterested in understanding how a business operates, not just the creative sideYou do not need to be an expert in everything. We value someone who is curious, adaptable and willing to learn.
