NWe are looking for a seasoned Senior Textile Designer to lead creative direction and manage end-to-end design projects for global markets. This is a leadership role requiring strong design sensibility, team management, and buyer coordination skills.

- Lead and manage the complete design & development lifecycle N
- Mentor, guide,and delegate tasks to the design team effectively N
- Plan and execute showroom presentations, trade fairs, and displays N
- Oversee product profiling and photoshoots N
- Collaborate closely with overseas buyers and suppliers N
- Ensure alignment of design concepts with buyer requirements and market trends N
- Solid leadership and people-management skills N
- Hands-on experience with export house design processes N
- Confident in buyer communication and presentation N
- Creative, organized, and commercially aware N
