NRole Summary
nWe are looking for a high-impact Sales Hunter who can drive recent logo acquisition within the BFSI segment. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and converting enterprise opportunities into long-term client relationships.
NThe ideal candidate will bring robust experience in enterprise IT services sales, AI-led solutions, and deep relationships within BFSI organizations,



along with a proven ability to build pipeline and close large deals from scratch.
NKey Responsibilities
n1. New Business Acquisition (Core Focus)

- Identify, target, and acquire new BFSI enterprise clients.

- Build and execute account entry strategies for new logos.

- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → closure.

- Consistently build a strong, qualified pipeline.

- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

- Position IT services, digital transformation, and AI-led solutions.

- Work closely with pre-sales and solution teams to craft winning proposals.
