Position: Finance Controller

nWe are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead the Finance & Accounts function of a skincare manufacturing company. The role will oversee accounting, taxation, budgeting, MIS, audits, treasury, working capital, COGS, inventory, compliance, and business finance.
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function and team.n
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures and Ind AS financial statements .n
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and variance analysis.n
- Prepare MIS and financial reports for management decision-making.n
- Manage working capital, receivables, payables, treasury, and banking relationships.n
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax , and other statutory compliances.n
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits and ensure timely closure of observations.n
- Monitor COGS, inventory, costs, margins, and profitability .n




- Establish strong financial controls, policies, SOPs, and governance processes.n
- Support the CEO/CFO with financial analysis for pricing, investments, expansion, and business decisions.n

n Qualifications & Experience

- n
- CA Qualified preferred.n
- 8–10 years of Finance & Accounts experience.n
- Experience managing finance teams and handling taxation, audits, budgeting, MIS, and cash flow.n
- Manufacturing or growing-organisation experience is preferred.n

n Technical & Behavioural Skills
n
- n
- Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, COGS & Inventory , and financial reporting.n
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, MIS, financial analysis, and working capital.n
- Strong Excel and ERP/accounting software knowledge such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Dynamics .n
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.n
