NThe Prospect
nWe're looking for a Manager, COE – Business Intelligence & Account Performance to own the intelligence layer of the business.
NThis is a business-facing, problem-solving role, not a reporting role. You'll bring together account performance, delivery, commercial and client data to answer three questions: What is happening? Why is it happening? What should we do about it?
NYou'll work closely with commercial, delivery, capability and finance leaders and be measured on business outcomes — not the number of reports produced.

- Build a live intelligence layer combining account, delivery, commercial and client signals.

- Turn structured and unstructured data - including calls, decks, reviews and performance data into actionable insights. N
- Build automated analysis and workflows so recurring reporting runs itself. N
- Identify account risks,retention opportunities and growth opportunities early. N
- Diagnose underperforming accounts and recommend specific actions to improve them. N
- Work directly with business leaders to answer critical questions and influence decisions. N
- Own data definitions and reconciliation to ensure the business has a single source of truth. N
- Bring together commercial, delivery, SEO/GEO and margin data to understand account performance end-to-end. N
- Be the person who can explain why any account is performing the way it is, with evidence. N
