Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive SEO Team Lead to oversee client accounts while leading an in-house SEO team. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical and strategic SEO knowledge, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role is responsible for ensuring successful campaign execution, maintaining high client satisfaction, and driving measurable organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned SEO clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings, provide performance updates, and discuss growth strategies.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable SEO plans.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure high client retention.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and recommend additional SEO initiatives.





SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop customized SEO strategies aligned with client goals.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Oversee on-page, technical, off-page, and local SEO activities.
- Monitor website health, Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawlability, and overall SEO performance.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and implement necessary optimizations.
- Work closely with content, development, and design teams to execute SEO recommendations.

Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Allocate projects and monitor workloads across team members.
- Review SEO deliverables before they are shared with clients.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and provide constructive feedback.
