What you'll do:

- Manage day-to-day hub operations — ensuring quality standards are met across every order processedn
- Own delivery timelines (TAT) for the hub and course-correct proactively to avoid delaysn
- Coordinate closely with the central team to keep hub operations aligned with company-wide processes and targetsn
- Monitor hub-level quality checks and flag/fix recurring issues before they escalate to customersn
- Manage on-ground staff and resources at the hub to keep operations running smoothlyn
- Maintain accurate hub-level records and report performance (quality, TAT, output) to the central teamn

nWhat we're looking for:

- n
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, facility/hub management, or a similar on-ground ops rolen
- Strong ownership mindset — comfortable running a hub independently with minimal hand-holdingn
- Valuable coordination skills to work with a central team while managing local executionn
- Process-driven, with an eye for quality and attention to detailn
- Comfortable managing people and troubleshooting on the groundn
