nWe are looking for a agile and results-driven Revenue Lead to lead and scale our K-5 business. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and creating a scalable sales engine for one of our fastest-growing business verticals.
NThe ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of consumer sales, experience leading large sales teams, and a proven track record of consistently delivering ambitious revenue targets.

- Develop and execute theoverall sales strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. N
- Identify new growth opportunities across markets and customer segments. N
- Drive business planning, forecasting and sales performance reviews. N

- Define sales goals, KPIs and productivity metrics. N
- Coach frontline managers to improve conversions and sales effectiveness. N
- Foster a high-performance, customer-first culture. N
