ncorporate accounting, fund accounting, real estate funds, reconciliation, general Ledger.

- Manage fixed assets for office equipment and build outs and Corporate IT projects. N
- Assist with preparationof monthly journal entries related to accruing qualified fees related to G&A;, IT projects, tax estimates, payroll, and other corporate expenses. N
- Assist with analysis ofthe G&A; Expenses at Corporate level to identify key drivers for changes in performance, trends, and potential anomalies,



for management review. N

- BA/BS in relevant field N
- 3+ years of experience N
- 3 years relevant in real estate N

nRequired Skills

- n
- Attention to detail for timely and accurate reporting N
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel N
- Prior Corporate Accounting Experience (preferred) N

nPreferred Skills

- Real Estate Industry (preferred) N
- Yardi experience (preferred) N
