NKey Responsibilities




nMeet with prospective clients assigned by the Sales Team and understand their requirements, lifestyle, budget, and design preferences.
NDevelop creative design concepts that align with the client's vision.
NConduct design presentations and actively convert prospects into confirmed customers by building trust and addressing client concerns.
NFollow up with clients during the design phase to ensure successful project conversion.
NTake complete ownership of the project once converted and remain the primary point of contact until project handover.
NPrepare detailed design documentation, including:
NFloor Plans
nFurniture Layouts
NElectrical Drawings
nPlumbing Drawings
NCeiling Plans
nFlooring Layouts
NElevations
nSections
NComplete Working Drawings
NDevelop high-quality 3D models and realistic renders for client presentations.
NCoordinate with execution, production, procurement, and site teams to ensur
