NThe Vice President will play a central role in managing transaction execution, supporting seller onboarding, buyer matching activities and leading a growing team of analysts, associates and deal professionals.

nThis is a hands-on leadership role combining execution management, client management and team development.

NTransaction Execution

- Lead execution of live M&A; and capital raising transactions

- Manage transaction timelines and deal processes

- Coordinate buyers, investors, clients, lawyers and advisers

- Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks

- Drive transactions toward successful completion

nSeller Onboarding
N
- Meet prospective sellers and business owners

- Assess transaction readiness and suitability

- Guide clients through onboarding and preparation processes

nBuyer & Investor Matching

- Support buyer outreach and engagement

- Facilitate introductions and transaction discussions
