Role Overview
We are looking for a PMO skilled with a healthcare consulting background to own the end-to-end product implementation cycle for our flagship product, CarePro — from initial requirement gathering through go-live and steady-state support. This role sits at the intersection of delivery, client relationships, project governance, and consulting,



and requires comfort engaging directly with senior hospital leadership as well as day-to-day operational and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Implementation Ownership
- Own the complete implementation lifecycle for CarePro at client sites — requirement gathering and fulfillment, solution configuration/consulting, data readiness, testing, go-live, and post-launch stabilization
- Translate hospital-specific requirements into actionable implementation plans in coordination with product and engineering teams
- Drive data soundness across implementations — ensuring data mapping, migration, and validation meet client and product requirements
- Provide consulting input to clients on workflow design, process alignment, and best-practice adoption of CarePro
