The Senior HR Executive will lead a small HR team of 2–3 professionals and independently manage key HR functions. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR process improvement while contributing to the overall growth of the organization through strong people-management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR plans aligned with the company's business goals.
- Lead and supervise a team of 2–3 HR professionals,



ensuring smooth execution of daily HR operations.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads and operations teams to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Build and maintain strong employee engagement and workplace relationships.
- Address employee concerns and workplace issues professionally and fairly.
- Develop and manage performance review systems, employee evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
- Organize and monitor learning and development initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities.
