nRole Description:
nThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Development Representative at UPDOT. The SDR will be responsible for managing inbound leads, engaging prospective clients, and driving conversions through structured follow-ups and tailored proposals. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and developing long-term client relationships. The SDR will also be responsible for lead generation through networking, cold outreach, and market research,



while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on client needs and seamless onboarding.

nPrimary responsibilities will include the following:

nInbound Lead Management:
n• Respond promptly to enquiries from inbound leads via email, calls, and CRM systems.
n• Qualify leads by understanding their requirements and fit with our offerings.
n• Maintain a high level of engagement with potential clients through consistent follow-ups

nClient Engagement:
n• Present solutions to prospects and conduct product/service demonstrations.
n• Address client concerns and tailor proposals to meet their specific needs.

nClosing Deals:
n• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
n• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
