nSite Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the on-site planning, coordination, and execution of pump storage projects. This role ensures seamless alignment with organizational goals while managing on-site resources, supervising contractors and vendors, managing key stakeholders (internal and externals), mitigating risks, and monitoring project progress to ensure successful, timely, and cost-effective project delivery at the site.

- Oversee all site activities from pre-construction to commissioning.n
- Ensure alignment with project plans, approved drawings, method statements technical specifications, and quality standards.n
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution.n
- Maintain a energetic risk register and ensure regular updates based on project progress and stakeholder inputs.n
- Identify potential risks (technical, financial, environmental) and develop mitigation strategies.n
