About the Role
nWe are looking for an Admin Executive to manage and oversee day-to-day administrative operations across our Mumbai office. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
nThe person will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of office administration, guest house operations, housekeeping, vendors, and other administrative requirements.

nKey Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of the Mumbai office.n
- Oversee guest house management, including bookings, upkeep, supplies, and coordination.n
- Manage and coordinate housekeeping staff, including attendance, schedules, daily tasks, andn
- overall performance.n
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management for office-relatedn
- requirements.n
- Ensure adequate availability of office supplies, stationery, pantry supplies, and other essentials.n
- Handle maintenance, repairs,



and facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution.n
- Maintain administrative records, invoices, bills, and other relevant documentation.n
- Support employee requirements related to office facilities and administration.n
- Coordinate logistics and arrangements for meetings, visitors, events, and other office requirements.n
- Ensure the office and guest house maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep.n
- Identify administrative gaps proactively and take ownership of resolving them.n

nWhat We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in office administration, facilities, workplace management, or a similar role.n
- Candidates based in Mumbai.n
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.n
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic workn
