Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural planning and design management for residential projects.Coordinate with architects, consultants,
and project execution teams.Monitor design approvals and mitigate project-related risks.Support management in strategic architectural and project decisions.Manage multiple projects and design teams simultaneously.
Experience & Profile Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.Strong experience in large residential townships and high-rise residential developments.Expertise in consultant coordination and project management.Robust understanding of construction methodologies and architectural execution.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.
