Roles and Responsibilities:Track project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items across multiple initiatives.Maintain project budgets, forecasts, actuals, and expense visibility for leadership reviews.Prepare status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level updates on delivery health.Administer Jira and Confluence content to keep epics, stories, documentation, and governance artifacts current.Coordinate with engineering and business teams to support release readiness, issue escalation, and process adherence.Skills Required:5 to 7 years of relevant experience in project management, delivery coordination,



or PMO support.Robust project management and project coordination experience across cross-functional delivery teams.Hands-on experience with budgeting, reporting, and operational tracking for active projects.Ability to manage project governance, documentation, and delivery metrics in a structured environment.Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Teams.Good to Have:Experience in Digital Health, Healthcare Technology, PMO practices, or software delivery lifecycle governance.Education:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
