You'll test new features, catch problems before they reach customers, and learn the product inside out — with support from the developers and product managers you work alongside.This is a good fit if you're early in your testing career, curious, and enjoy figuring out how something works well enough to find where it breaks. You don't need a finance background — but you should be someone who asks questions until the domain makes sense.This is afull-time, on-site role based out of our Kolkata office.What You'll DoTestingLearn each new feature quickly and test it the way a real user would work with itWrite and run manual test cases based on requirements and user storiesCover the full range — regression, exploratory, negative, and cross-browser testingVerify data as well as screens: check that calculations, matching, and imports produce the right numbersRetest fixes and help keep our test cases up to date as the product changesReporting and trackingLog defects with clear steps to reproduce, and follow them through to closureFlag risks and gaps early, while there's still time to act on themKeep the team postedWorking with the teamWork day-to-day with developers, product managers, and designers in our Agile processTake part in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectivesAsk questions when requirements are unclear rather than assuming and testing the wrong thingLearning and improvingBuild up your understanding of the product and the domain,
