Qualifications & Experience

B.E – Chemical [Preferably from Premier Institute like IIT, NIT, Govt. Engg. College]; MBA in Operations/ Finance will be an added advantageExperience of 15–18 years of experience in

chemical / specialty chemicals manufacturingMinimum 8–10 years in

Operational Excellence / Process Engineering / Technical Services roles

.Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale cost reduction and process improvement projects in manufacturing environmentsStrong exposure to plant operations, process engineering, utilities, and project engineering.Sound technical knowledge Lean practices. Must be able to conduct training on business excellence concepts at all levels; sound knowledge on spend data classification & analysis, analysis of operating expense, project management.Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred)Preferable Organization to Source Candidate:
