About the Role

We are looking for a CA Fresher to join the Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team of a leading global accounting and advisory firm. The role offers an opportunity to work on M&A; transactions and gain hands-on exposure to both Buy-side and Sell-side Financial Due Diligence.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Buy-side and Sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements.- Analyze financial statements, business performance, and operational data.- Prepare Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports and supporting financial analyses.- Identify key financial trends, risks,



and transaction-related issues.- Support analysis of financial and operational performance for M&A; transactions.- Prepare and review financial models, reports, and transaction deliverables.- Work closely with the FDD team to deliver high-quality client engagements.

Key Skills & Requirements

- CA qualification is mandatory.- Articleship experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) is preferred.- Exposure to Buy-side and Sell-side Due Diligence.- Understanding of Quality of Earnings (QoE) Analysis.- Solid Advanced Excel and PowerPoint** skills.- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
