We’re hiring at Calcutta Foundation | Apni Kutir.We are looking for a dynamic, execution-oriented Manager to lead partnerships and drive community-based initiatives across our centres.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of partnerships, programme execution, stakeholder engagement, and community impact. The candidate should be comfortable engaging with NGOs, CSR teams, corporates, government agencies, trainers, community members, and internal programme teams to ensure smooth planning and implementation across centres.Role: ManagerLocation: In-office and field-basedType: Full-time, with field travel requiredExperience: 3–4 years in programme implementation, operations, community engagement, partnerships, or stakeholder managementPreferred background: MSW, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related fieldThe role will involve:• Building and managing partnerships• Planning and executing workshops, health camps, awareness sessions, livelihood programmes,
