About Page and Pixel LabsPage and Pixel Labs is an early-stage previsualisation and visual prototyping company being built for advertising and film.We want to help agencies, production houses and filmmakers make creative and production decisions earlier through storyboards, animatics, AI-assisted visualisation and 3D previs.For advertising, this can mean turning scripts, briefs and treatments into client-ready visualisations before a shoot.For films, the focus is on helping directors and production teams plan sequences through blocking, cameras, staging, action and VFX-oriented previsualisation.We are currently building our core workflow, team and initial portfolio.The RoleWe are looking for a Founding Creative & Previsualisation Lead who can take ownership of the creative and technical side of Page and Pixel Labs.This is not simply an animation execution role.We are looking for someone who understands visual storytelling, shot design, camera language and how to translate a script or idea into something useful for directors, producers and production teams.You would work closely with the founder, who will lead producing, business development, clients, budgets and company building.The ideal person should be excited about helping build the creative pipeline from the ground up rather than joining an already established studio.What you would work onBreaking scripts and concepts into visual sequencesDeveloping storyboards, animatics and previsDesigning shots, blocking, staging and camera movementSupervising or executing 3D previs where spatial and camera accuracy matterExploring AI tools where they genuinely improve visualisation workflowsWorking with storyboard artists, editors, 3D artists and other freelancersEstablishing a repeatable previsualisation pipelineReviewing work and maintaining a consistent creative standardWorking directly with producers,



directors and creative teamsHelping us build POCs and early client projectsEventually helping hire and lead a larger visualisation teamWhat we are looking forStrong experience in one or more of the following:Previsualisation, layout, animation, cinematics, storyboarding, virtual production, Unreal Engine, Maya, Blender, VFX, AI filmmaking or related visual storytelling disciplines.More important than knowing every tool is having solid judgment around:Shot composition, staging, camera movement, pacing, screen direction, geography and storytelling.You should be comfortable taking an idea that may initially be vague and turning it into a clear visual sequence.Experience working on films, commercials, animation, VFX or cinematic content is highly relevant.You may be a good fit ifYou have worked as a previs artist, layout artist, animation supervisor, cinematic artist, storyboard artist, visualisation supervisor, Unreal artist, animation director or in a similar role.You enjoy both creative problem solving and building workflows.You are comfortable working in an early-stage environment where processes are still being created.You are interested in building something long term rather than only executing individual shots.What matters more than your designationWe care much more about your work and judgment than your exact job title.A strong reel demonstrating camera work, blocking, sequencing, visual storytelling or previs is more valuable to us than a long list of software.LocationHyderabad preferred.Hybrid or remote can be considered initially for the right person, particularly if you are able to collaborate closely and travel when required for productions or client meetings.How to applyPlease send:Your portfolio or showreel.A short introduction about your current work.Which parts of the visualisation pipeline you are strongest in.Any experience you have with previs, layout, cinematics, film production, animation, Unreal, AI filmmaking or VFX.And briefly tell us why building an early-stage visualisation company interests you.
