About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive sales and business development for our Hospital Disinfectant & Infection Control portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital/institutional sales and the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers including Purchase Officers, Microbiologists, Infection Control Teams, Doctors and Hospital Management.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development across hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Identify, develop and manage key hospital accounts in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular hospital visits to identify opportunities and generate new business.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials and presentations.
- Follow up on product trials, quotations, purchase orders and conversions.




- Develop recent hospital accounts and ensure effective territory coverage.
- Manage and build relationships with stockists and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Ensure product availability with stockists and support secondary sales.
- Conduct hospital activities, product awareness programs and promotional initiatives.
- Track competitor products, pricing, activities and market developments.
- Maintain accurate customer databases, daily call reports and sales activity reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to territory growth.

Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of experience in hospital sales, institutional sales or healthcare sales.
- Experience in Disinfectants, Hospital Equipment, Surgical Products, Medical Devices or related healthcare industries will be preferred.
