NRole Objective:
NThe Brand Manager will beresponsible for building and managing Puretech Digital’s brand presence across external and internal platforms. The role requires someone who can think strategically, plan content, write / structure communication, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure timely execution of brand marketing initiatives.
NThis is not just an execution role. The candidate is expected to bring content thinking, ownership, initiative, and brand understanding to the table.

N1. Social Media Strategy & Calendar Ownership
NOwn the content calendar for Puretech Digital’s Instagram and LinkedIn handles across:

- Hiring / Employer Branding communication N
- Events, awards, and milestones N

nThe candidate should be able to plan monthly calendars with post ideas, formats, captions, references, and execution timelines.
NDevelop content ideas, hooks, captions, carousel structures, reel concepts, and post narratives.
NThe candidate should be able to write solid first drafts and structure content in a way that requires refinement, not complete reworking.
