N2S is seeking an experienced and strategic Account Director to drive client success, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships across key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large enterprise relationships, identifying growth opportunities, leading account strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional business outcomes.
This role requires a consultative leader who can balance relationship management, account expansion, and operational excellence while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

Location: Noida (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage strategic client relationships across a portfolio of key accounts.
- Develop and execute account growth plans to drive revenue expansion and increased client engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level client stakeholders.
- Lead account reviews, business planning sessions, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).




- Partner with sales, recruiting, delivery, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and service delivery metrics.
- Negotiate contract renewals, amendments, and commercial agreements.
- Forecast revenue, maintain account pipelines, and provide regular business updates to leadership.
- Resolve escalations promptly while maintaining robust client relationships.
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive market conditions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Business Development, or Strategic Account Leadership within Staffing, Workforce Solutions, Professional Services, IT Services, Consulting, or Managed Services environments.
- Proven experience managing enterprise
