nNote: Candidate should have experience in BPO presales to be qualified for this role. Candidates having experience in Healthcare Payer business are preferred.

- 15 years of experience in the US Healthcare industry.n




- 5 years as sr solution architect or Sr pre sales solutions managern
- Solid understanding of the Healthcare Payer value chain, including:n
- Medicare & Medicaidn
- Commercial Health Plansn
- Enrollment & Billingn
- Claims Managementn
- Provider Servicesn
- Contact Center Operationsn
- Deep knowledge of industry challenges, market trends, and competitive landscape within Healthcare Payer outsourcing.n
- Ability to conduct SWOT analysis and recommend strategic growth opportunities for Wipro.n
- Hands-on experience in solution design, proposal development, RFx responses, and proactive client pitches.n
- Experience in developing sales collateral, thought leadership content, and website content is preferred.n
