Intern – Business Development Executive
nLocation - Gurugram
nExperience - 3 months - 1 Year
n Internship Duration- 6 Months (Paid)
nFor candidates with work experience less than 6 months – same role will be offered as 6 months internship first and then after internship it will convert to full-time employment basis performance.
nWe are looking for a Business Development Executive or Intern to support our global sales and marketing initiatives—especially focused on the US market . The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to lead generation and pipeline growth for Worxwide’s IT and digital consulting services.

- Lead Generation & Prospecting n
- Identify and qualify potential clients across industries for Salesforce, UX, AI, and ABM services.n
- Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.n
- Maintain and update lead data in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).n
- Market Research & Account Intelligence n




- Research target companies and build persona-based outreach lists.n
- Develop insights on potential client needs, industry trends, and digital transformation priorities.n
- Campaign Support n
- Execute multi-channel campaigns in coordination with marketing (email, social, events).n
- Track performance metrics, conversions, and feedback for continuous improvement.n
- Relationship Development n
- Engage and nurture prospective clients through meaningful conversations.n
- Schedule meetings, demos, or discovery sessions for the senior consulting team.n

- Must have excellent communication skills.n
- Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach in international markets (especially US).n
- Solid understanding of B2B sales and IT/digital services landscapen
- Research-oriented mindset with the ability to profile companies and decision-makers effect
