NThe Role Responsible for site development, EPC coordination, regulatory clearances, grid connectivity and ongoing plant performance.
NKey Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end solar project development, execution, and commissioning. N
- Manage EPC contractors,consultants, vendors, and key stakeholders. N
- Ensure timely delivery within budget, quality, and safety standards. N
- Track record of commissioning projects on time and on budget. N
- Oversee site development, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. N
- Manage statutory approvals, DISCOM coordination, grid connectivity, synchronization, net metering, and open access. N
- Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and milestones;
provide MIS to management. N
- Oversee plant performance and coordinate O&M; for optimum generation and availability N

nQualifications & Experience

- n
- 12+ years in solar or renewable energy. N
- Direct experience on commercial or utility-scale solar projects. N
- Working knowledge of DISCOM processes, net metering and open access regulations in North India. N
