The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

nMANDATORY REQUIREMENT
NOnly candidates with hands-on sales experience in Construction Chemicals, specifically Waterproofing systems and Injection Grouting, will be considered.
NKey Responsibilities:
NSales:
N1. *B2B sales of construction chemicals (Waterproofing & Injection Grouting)
N2.* Promote Injection Grouting, waterproofing
N3. *Site visits, project discussions, technical coordination
N4. *Customer RelationshipManagement*: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, architects, engineers, and contractors.




N5. *Marketing Strategy*: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
N6. *Market Research*: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
N7.*Payment follow ups*: Meeting with parties regarding the payment follow ups.
NRequirements:
N1. *Education*: Any Graduate, B.E.Civil is a plus.
N2. *Experience*: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction chemicals industry.
N3. *Skills*:
N- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
N- Solid sales and marketing skills.
N- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
