Location: Pune Work From Office
Eligibility MBA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, MCA, BHM & BHMCT graduates
Experience 0–2 Years
Salary ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Salary is negotiable for experienced candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with and counsel working professionals regarding career development programs.
- Generate sales through cold calling and lead follow-ups.
- Understand candidate profiles and promote suitable management programs.
- Build and maintain relationships through calls, meetings, and emails.
- Maintain candidate databases and records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow complete pre-sales and post-sales processes.
- Actively contribute as a team player and drive business growth.
