NAs we scale, we are looking for an experienced Senior Accounting Associate who can independently manage client accounts, review month-end work, guide junior team members, and maintain high standards of accuracy and quality.

NWhat You'll Own

- Independently manage bookkeeping and accounting for multiple US clients N
- Review weekly bookkeeping and month-end work completed by junior team members N
- Lead the month-end close process and ensure all deadlines are met N
- Review bank and credit card reconciliations, general ledgers, suspense accounts, accruals, prepayments, payroll liabilities, loans, AR, and AP N
- Identify errors, missing entries,



unusual balances, and reconciliation issues N
- Ensure financial statements are accurate and ready for management review N
- Provide clear review notes and ensure corrections are completed N
- Train, mentor, and support junior accounting team members N
- Monitor recurring errors and recommend process improvements N
- Communicate directly with clients and lead meetings regarding deliverables and accounting queries N
- Collaborate closely with our India and US teams N

nWhat You Bring

- Bachelor's degreein Finance, Accounting, or Commerce N
- Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting, bookkeeping, or auditing experience N
- Strong experience in reviewing month-end closes and financial statements N
- Experience managing or reviewing the work of junior team members N
- Knowledge of US GAAP and US accounting principles would be an added advantage N
- Advanced Excel skill
