nThe Director – Strategic Partnerships & Institutional Sustainability will steward this mandate. This leader will anchor Organisations external positioning, shape our funding architecture, strengthen strategic partnerships, and ensure that our narrative, financial sustainability, and organisational ambition move in coherence.

N1. Architect Institutional Sustainability
N● Design and drive a diversified, resilient, and forward-looking fundraising
NSustain and deepen relationships with existing donors through trust, transparency, and strategic engagement.
N● Build current partnerships across foundations, CSR, multilateral agencies, and aligned ecosystems.
N● Shape a healthy fundingpipeline that balances growth with stability.
