n Early Years Programme (EYP) Teacher – IB School

n Job Profile:
nAn EYP Teacher in an IB School is responsible for nurturing young learners through inquiry-based, play-based, and experiential learning aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) philosophy.

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiencesn
- Foster holistic development – social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitiven
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom workplacen
- Encourage inquiry, creativity, and independent thinking among childrenn
- Observe, assess, and document student progress regularlyn
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding child developmentn
- Integrate storytelling, music, art, movement, and hands-on activities into learningn
- Collaborate with co-teachers and coordinators for curriculum planningn
- Ensure classroom management, student well-being,



and safety standardsn
- Participate in school events, training, and IB professional development programmesn

n Pre-requisites / Eligibility:
n
- n
- Bachelor’s Degree with ECCEd / Montessori / Nursery Teacher Training / B.Ed. (preferred)n
- Prior experience in Pre-Primary / Early Years education preferredn
- Understanding of IB PYP philosophy and inquiry-based learning approachn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsn
- Passion for working with young children and creating joyful learning experiencesn
- Creativity, patience, empathy, and classroom management skillsn
- Proficiency in English communication and basic technology usagen
- IB training/workshop certification will be an added advantagen

nWe are looking for candidate with flexibility to work across Early Years Section, as per school requirements
nTime: Full Time, 7.30 to 3.30 (02 days till 4.30pm), Mon to Sat
