At Spacewood, we are looking for a hands-on manufacturing leader who can take ownership of the complete customer order journey—from component readiness to final dispatch.
nThis is not just an Assembly/Production role. It is an Order Convergence role with one explicit objective: Ensure every order is complete, correct, quality-checked, packed and dispatched on the committed date.
n

nWhat you’ll own
n• Order Completion & OTIF performance
n• Final assembly, kitting, packing & dispatch readiness
n• Daily order sequencing and shortage management
n• Coordination across Carcass, Shutter, Stores, Planning, Quality & Logistics
n• Final QC, set integrity and error-proofing
n• WIP and orphan-order control
n• Productivity, cost, 5S & safety
n• Barcode/ERP-based completion tracking




n• Building a high-performing assembly & packing team
n

nWho are we looking for?
n• E. / B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering with 10–15 years in manufacturing operations, of which a minimum of 4–5 years must be in final assembly, kitting, consolidation, sub-assembly marriage or order-wise packing and dispatch.
n• High-mix / engineered-to-order manufacturing
n• Managing large shopfloor teams and supervisors
