nFarsight Consultancy Private Limited is hiring Business Development Executives (BDE) / Business Development Managers (BDM) to join our growing team.
nWe are looking for confident, result-oriented professionals who have strong communication, client-handling, negotiation, and sales conversion skills.
Salary & Incentives n Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
nFinal salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, interview performance, communication skills, previous sales achievements, and overall capabilities.

- Monthly revenue targets will be aligned with the agreed salary.n
- Monthly Target: 4× of the agreed salary n
- 10% incentive on revenue generated above the assigned monthly target. n
- Strong performers have the prospect to earn significantly above their fixed compensation through incentives.n

nSalary: ₹25,000/month
nMonthly Target: ₹1,00,000
nRevenue Achieved: ₹1,50,000
nRevenue Above Target: ₹50,000
n Additional Incentive: ₹5,000
Key Responsibilities n

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.n
- Conduct sales calls and client consultations.n
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients.n
- Handle objections and negotiate commercial terms.n
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients.n
- Achieve assigned monthly revenue targets.n
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and conversion records.n
- Coordinate with internal teams after successful client onboarding.n
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.n
- Identify opportunities for upselling and additional business.n
