We are looking for an experienced Case Officer with prior experience in the visa/immigration industry to manage client cases, documentation, follow-ups, and case coordination while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate visa/immigration cases from documentation through the relevant processing stages.
- Review client documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with case requirements.
- Prepare and maintain case files, applications, checklists, trackers, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients for pending documents, information,



and case updates.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and movement of cases through different processing stages.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, legal professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Identify documentation gaps or case-related issues and escalate them appropriately.
- Maintain accurate case records and provide regular status updates to management.
- Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Law, or a related field .
- 2–4 years of prior experience in the visa/immigration industry is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in visa processing, case management, documentation, or immigration operations .
- Solid understanding of visa/immigration documentation and processing workflows.
