As we expand our footprint in Mumbai we're looking for a driven Field Sales Manager to lead our on-ground growth in the education sector.
NAbout the Role
nAsa Field Sales Manager, you will be the face of Robocaze for schools and colleges across MH. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers (principals, directors, procurement heads, and college administrators), and closing deals for our robotics kits,



AI/ Robotics lab setups, and training programs. This is a high-ownership, target-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field and building long-term institutional relationships.
NKey Responsibilities

- Drive recent business acquisition through pure hunting and outbound sales strategies.

- Identify and target schools, colleges, universities, educational institutions, training organizations, skill-development centers, and other institutional accounts.

- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from scratch through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, events, and direct prospecting.

- Independently generate,qualify, and nurture leads with minimal reliance on inbound channels.

- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, closure, and account handover.
