N nWe're an influencer marketing agency working with brands across categories. We're looking for an Account Manager to own our existing brand client relationships — ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, clients stay happy, and accounts renew month after month.
N nThis is a retention and delivery role, not a sales role. Your success is measured by client satisfaction and recurring revenue.
N nWhat You'll Do:
N n✅ Own relationships with existing brand clients — communication, campaign updates, reviews, and renewals
N✅ Act as the bridge between clients and our influencer operations team — brief clearly, track progress, ensure on-time delivery
N✅ Monitor campaign execution and flag risks before they become client problems
N✅ Handle client concerns proactively with clear, honest communication
N✅ Share campaign reports with insights and next steps, not just numbers




N✅ Drive renewals and repeat campaigns, building recurring revenue
N✅ Keep trackers and client communication organized so nothing slips through
N nWhat We're Looking For:
N n2–4 years in client servicing / account management at a digital, influencer, or creative agency
NStrong understanding of Instagram and YouTube creator ecosystems and campaign metrics
NExcellent communication in English and Malayalam
NHighly organized — able to manage multiple brand accounts without dropping details
NOwnership mindset — you follow up without being told
NBonus: experience managing retainer or recurring agency clients
