We're looking for a passionate Senior Interior Designer who enjoys solving design challenges, collaborating with clients, and bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design and flawless execution.

nWhat You'll Do
nIn addition to the responsibilities of an Interior Designer, you will:

- n
- Lead residential interior design projectsn
- Independently manage client discussions, presentations, approvals, and design decisionsn
- Review layouts, 3D models, working drawings, production drawings, and project documentationn
- Prepare and review project quotationsn
- Mentor and guide Interior Designers throughout the design processn
- Allocate work, review deliverables,



and maintain design quality across projectsn
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, production teams, and project teams to ensure smooth project executionn
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation quality and resolve design or execution challengesn
- Ensure project timelines, documentation, quality standards, and client satisfaction are consistently achievedn
- Drive continuous improvements in design standards, workflows, and team performancen
