N n Role Overview
N We are seeking a dynamic and driven Head – Business Development / Client Acquisition who will take the baton and lead from the front in acquiring new clients. The individual will work closely with the Co-founder and play a critical role in scaling the firm’s client portfolio,



especially within emerging market segments.
N n Key Responsibilities
N* Drive current client acquisition and expand ABP’s footprint in emerging industries
N* Build and leverage strong relationships with CXOs, CHROs, and top management stakeholders
N* Identify and onboardretained search mandates
N* Develop and execute strategic business development plans
N* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of mandates
N* Represent ABP in themarket with strong credibility and thought leadership
N n Candidate Profile
N* 10+ years of experience in Executive Search / Recruitment / closely related domains
N* Proven track record in client acquisition and business development
N* Strong network with senior leadership (CXO/CHRO level)
N* Experience working with or within an Executive Search firm is highly preferred
N* Entrepreneurial mindset with the abi
