About the Role
nWe’re looking for a thoughtful and customer-first Sales Executive to lead in-store interactions with clarity, care, and confidence. You’ll guide clients through our collections, understand their needs, and create a purchase experience that feels personal and lasting. This role blends product expertise with emotional presence — helping customers feel seen, supported, and certain in every decision.

- Serve as the primary touchpoint for walk-in and appointment-based clients, offering an attentive, consultative, and empathetic experiencen
- Confidently present jewellery collections — articulating design stories, product value, material differences, and styling suggestionsn
- Understand customer needs and guide them toward meaningful purchases, special orders, or personalised piecesn
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, reminders, and occasion-based communicationn
- Collaborate with store managers and stylists on display curation, upselling strategies, and in-store activationsn




- Coordinate custom orders, repairs, exchanges, and after-sale care with precision and timely communicationn
- Ensure smooth execution of billing, documentation, and order entries across digital and manual systemsn
- Contribute to store visual standards — ensuring every counter reflects elegance, clarity, and brand consistencyn
- Mentor junior sales staff and support their development by sharing insights and best practicesn
- Meet personal and store-level sales targets with discipline, attention to detail, and team-oriented effortn

nRequirements

- n
- 1–4 years of experience in premium/luxury retail or client-facing sales (jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)n
- Proven ability to build rapport, listen actively, & convert interactions into trust-based salesn
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills — fluency in English and Telugu required; Hindi is a bonusn
- Comfortable working
