Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to support the development and execution of Chtrbox & QYOU's global marketing and corporate communications initiatives. This role will play a key part in ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative across our offices in the United States, Dubai, and Mumbai.
NWorking closely with the VP of Marketing & Communications, this position will support global marketing programs including digital content, social media, website management, campaign storytelling, creative asset development, and marketing operations.
NThe ideal candidate is a highly organized and creative marketing professional with a robust understanding of digital media, the creator economy, and influencer marketing, who is comfortable working across teams and time zones.
NWhat You'll Do
nExecute Global Marketing Initiatives

- Support global marketing programs that reinforce the corporate positioning across the US, Dubai, and India. N
- Translate strategy intohigh-quality content, including campaign recaps,



case studies, and marketing materials. N
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, partnerships, and leadership. N

nManage Website & Content

- Maintain and update website content including landing pages, blogs, case studies, and announcements. N
- Ensure messaging alignswith active campaigns, client work, and overall brand positioning. N
- Monitor performance andrecommend improvements to engagement and user experience. N

nLead Social Media & Content Planning

- Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar aligned with global marketing priorities. N
- Create and publish content across corporate and executive channels. N
- Repurpose existing content (PR, articles, podcasts, case studies) into platform-ready formats. N
- Track performance metrics and optimize for engagement and growth. N
