N n Role Overview
NThe Preschool Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging learning experiences, ensuring child safety, maintaining classroom discipline, and fostering a nurturing environment for children.
N n Key Responsibilities
N1. Teaching & Curriculum Delivery
N· Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
N· Implement curriculum asper academic guidelines.
N· Prepare teaching materials and aids in advance.
N n2. Child Care & Safety
N· Ensure constant supervision of children.
N· Maintain a safe and secure classroom environment.
N· Handle children with care, patience, and sensitivity.




N n3. Classroom Management
N· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
N· Ensure proper arrangement of learning materials and displays.
N· Promote discipline and positive behavior among children.
N n4. Parent Communication
N· Share regular updates with parents regarding child progress.
N· Participate in parent meetings and discussions.
N· Address parent queries in a polite and skilled manner.
N n5. Documentation & Records
N· Maintain attendance andstudent records accurately.
N· Keep track of child development and progress.
N n6. Team Collaboration
N· Work closely with otherteachers and staff.
N· Participate in trainingsessions and meetings.
