NIntellect Ads is looking for a Performance Sales Manager to drive business growth and build strategic relationships with advertisers, agencies, and digital-first brands.
NThe ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing, digital advertising sales, or business development, with a solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
NKey Responsibilities:

- Drive revenue growth through performance marketing solutions across advertisers, agencies, and brands.

- Identify and acquire new business opportunities across app installs, lead generation, e-commerce, performance, and brand campaigns.
N
- Build and manage relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and key decision-makers.
N
- Present and position Intellect Ads' advertising solutions through data-driven insights.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.

- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies to maximize results.
NDesired Profile:
N
- 3–8 years of experiencein Performance Sales, Digital Advertising Sales, Mobile/Web Advertising Sales, or Brand Sales.
N
- Strong network within advertisers, agencies, and performance marketing ecosystems.
N
- Understanding of CPI, CPA, CPL, ROAS, CAC, and attribution models.
N
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
N
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
