Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled North Cuisine Chef to work in a prestigious private residence in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong hospitality background, relevant Hotel Management qualification , and proven experience in reputed 5-star luxury hotels .

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic and high-quality North cuisine , including Punjabi, Mughlai, Awadhi, Rajasthani, and other regional specialties.
- Prepare a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, kebabs, curries, biryanis, breads, dals, and accompaniments.
- Plan daily menus according to the family's preferences and dietary requirements.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Prepare customized menus for family meals, private dinners, and special occasions.
- Ensure excellent food presentation and plating standards.




- Source and maintain the quality of fresh ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Manage kitchen inventory, storage, and minimize food wastage.
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality while working in a private residence.

Candidate Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant culinary experience .
- Strong expertise in North cuisine is essential.
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts from a recognized institute.
- Solid hospitality background with experience in 5-star hotels or luxury properties .
- Experience with reputed hotel groups such as The Oberoi, Taj Hotels, ITC Hotels, Marriott, Hyatt , or similar luxury brands will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of traditional North cooking techniques, ingredients, spices, and presentation.
- Good communication skills with a professional and well-groomed personality.
