Role Objective:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for building and managing Puretech Digital’s brand presence across external and internal platforms. The role requires someone who can think strategically, plan content, write / structure communication, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure timely execution of brand marketing initiatives.
This is not just an execution role. The candidate is expected to bring content thinking, ownership, initiative, and brand understanding to the table.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Calendar Ownership
Own the content calendar for Puretech Digital’s Instagram and LinkedIn handles across:
- Agency updates
- Service-led content
- Thought leadership
- Trend reports
- Work showcase/case studies
- Culture content
- Leadership content
- Employee Value Proposition
- Hiring / Employer Branding communication
- Events, awards, and milestones





The candidate should be able to plan monthly calendars with post ideas, formats, captions, references, and execution timelines.
Develop content ideas, hooks, captions, carousel structures, reel concepts, and post narratives.
The candidate should be able to write solid first drafts and structure content in a way that requires refinement, not complete reworking.
2. Internal Communication
Plan and execute internal communication initiatives such as:
- Digitalogy
- Spill the Beans
- Growth Talks
- Office screen communication
- Culture-led posts
- Employee engagement communication
- Internal announcements and milestones

The candidate will be expected to coordinate with PnC, leadership, internal teams, and design teams to ensure timely execution.
3. Awards & Industry Recognition
Track relevant industry awards, evaluate nomination opportunities, and share recommendations covering:
- Award relevance
- Entry fees
- Dea
