We're looking for a passionate Senior Interior Designer who enjoys solving design challenges, collaborating with clients, and bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design and flawless execution.
N nWhat You'll Do
nIn addition to the responsibilities of an Interior Designer, you will:

- n
- Lead residential interior design projects N
- Independently manage client discussions, presentations, approvals, and design decisions N
- Review layouts, 3D models, working drawings, production drawings, and project documentation N
- Prepare and review project quotations N
- Mentor and guide Interior Designers throughout the design process N
- Allocate work, review deliverables,



and maintain design quality across projects N
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, production teams, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution N
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation quality and resolve design or execution challenges N
- Ensure project timelines, documentation, quality standards, and client satisfaction are consistently achieved N
- Drive continuous improvements in design standards, workflows, and team performance N
